Originally from San Jose, California, Betsy Goode performs as Cellist, Director and Founder of Musical Reflections. With degrees in Cello Performance, Music History and Communication, Betsy is currently pursuing her love of both performance and Arts Management. Her principle teachers include Scott Kluksdahl and Lowell Adams. Betsy has served Principal Positions with the Opera Tampa Orchestra, Suncoast Pops Orchestra, Mostly Pops Orchestra, University of South Florida Symphony Orchestra and the Imperial Symphony and performed with the Southwest Florida Symphony, Florida Lakes Symphony and Flagler Symphony Orchestra. She has also been a guest performer with the Bonk Festival of New Music. She has performed since 2000 for the Walt Disney World Dream Weddings and the Candlelight Processional, a month long show held annually in EPCOT. Through her extensive television work, she has been seen as a solo cellist on the Walt Disney World Christmas Day Parade that airs on ABC with Heather Headley and dozens of appearances on the Home Shopping Network with world renowned composer and pianist, Giovanni. During the summer of 2005, Betsy performed as electric cellist in the off-Broadway production of REPO! The Genetics Opera, during its six week run in New York City. She has also performed with the National Broadway tours of The Lion King, The Light in the Piazza, Annie, Peter Pan, Camelot, and Bombay Dreams, in addition to The Witnesses (Premier Cast) and The Last Five Years (off-Broadway/Southeast Premier). Betsy has also recorded as Principal Cellist for Grammy winning recording artist, Jon Secada, along with numerous other studio projects. Betsy is passionate about her role in the new all-female, electric rock string quartet, TheStringDivas, of which she performs as cellist and Artistic Director. Currently, Betsy is an endorsed artist from Christian Music Presenters, based out of Nashville TN, as well as being a registered Suzuki teacher, maintaining a small private studio teaching violin, viola and cello.
Tami Dennis, Viola, is new to the Central Florida area, having finished her Master of Arts degree in Viola Performance from the University of Iowa. She has performed as Principal Violist for the University of Iowa Symphony Orchestra, the University of Iowa Chamber Orchestra, and Marshall University Symphony Orchestra. Tami was also Assistant Principal of the Opera Tampa Orchestra, Cedar Rapids Symphony and has also performed with the Orlando Philharmonic, Atlantic Classical Symphony, Flagler Symphony, Huntington Symphony, and the Hastings Symphony. Through her symphonic experience, she has performed with Joshua Bell, Detroit Symphony conductor Neeme Järvi, and Stefan Milenkvich. In solo performance, Tami has placed first in the Peltzer competition and the Lucy P. Weed String Competition. She is currently performing with the Palm Beach Pops, where she has worked with Jack Jones and guitarist Bucky Pizzarelli. In addition, Tami is psyched to be part the new rock string quartet, TheStringDivas. Tami previously taught at the Cedar Rapids Symphony School, and is currently accepting new viola students into her private studio based in Orlando, Fl.
Zoë Hummel, Violin, was born in Ontario, Canada and began her violin studies at the age of two, recognized as the youngest violinist in Toronto. Zoë’s principle teachers include Ellen dePasquale, Dr. Andrew Galos, Dr William Hayden, and Elien Tsuzuki, prodigy violin student of Dr. Suzuki, of the famous Suzuki Violin Method. At the age of 17, Zoe collaborated with Dr. Andrew Galos to perform the Bach Double Violin Concerto with the Chatauqua Symphony Orchestra, New York. Zoë has served as concertmistress of the University of South Florida Symphony Orchestra and has played with the Imperial Symphony, Venice Symphony, Mostly Pops Orchestra, Suncoast Pops, Imperial Symphony, Florida Pro Musica and Opera Tampa. She has been featured with Christian Recording Artist Phil Driscol and has appeared several times on the Home Shopping Network with world-renowned pianist and composer Giovanni. In 2003, Zoë recorded for Busch Gardens Theme Park newest multi-million dollar musical, Katonga. She has performed with the national tours for Broadway shows such as The King and I, The Producers, and David (original cast), The Rock and the Rabbi, and The Witnesses (Premier Cast). She had the honor to record with two time Grammy Latin star, Jon Secada, for his newly released album, Same Dream. Zoë recently returned to Tampa from Nashville, TN where she was touring as the featured fiddle player for Sony/RCA recording artist Catherine Britt She is excited to be the lead violinist in the all female electric string quartet, TheStringDivas.
Malgorzata (Margo) Zarzycka originally come to the US from Poland. Born into a family of professional musicians, she began her musical studies at the age of 6 in Szczecin, Poland and continued her study of violin at the Academy of Music in Gdansk. Margo is a winner and finalist of numerous violin competitions including the Wieniawski International Violin Competition in Lublin. In 1997, Margo came to the United States and was the recipient of the Emma Clause scholarship at Indiana
University where she studied with Henryk Kowalski and Franco Gulli and served as Concertmaster of the Indiana University Chamber Orchestra and a Principal of the Indiana University Festival Orchestra. Since 2001, Margo has held a full time core position with the Florida West Coast Symphony in Sarasota and frequently performs with the Florida Orchestra, Naples Philharmonic, Orlando Philharmonic, Southwest
Symphony, Salute to Vienna Orchestra of America, and is a regular soloist and Concertmaster with the Port Charlotte Symphony. Margo is an active soloist and chamber musician, including her role as violinist with The Bay Arts Piano Trio and other music series throughout the United States and abroad. Margo is the founder and soloist with The Classical Music of Poland Concert series held annually since 2002 in Sarasota. Margo is passionate about her teaching, holding roles as Associate Conductor, Violin coach and a private instructor for the Florida West Coast Symphony Education department and Suzuki Institute of Music.

A native of Seattle, Washington, William Goodwin is an accomplished violinist and violist, having performed and led master classes throughout the US, Europe, Taiwan, and South America. A graduate of the prestigious Curtis Institute of Music, William is an active performer, performing frequently with the Naples Philharmonic Orchestra, and serving as Concertmaster of the Gainesville Chamber Orchestra. Additional positions include his role as Principal Violist with the Opera Tampa Orchestra, Florimezzo Chamber Orchestra, Suncoast Pops Orchestra and Mostly Pops Orchestra, and performances with the Florida Orchestra and Orlando Philharmonic. Mr. Goodwin has also performed at festivals both nationally and internationally, including Orlando Philharmonic Sounds of Summer, Strings in the Mountains, Florida Arts Festival, Luzerne Music Center, The Taipei String Seminar, and the COFES festival held in Cochabamba, Bolivia. Prior to settling in Florida, he served as Artist-in-Residence at Western Kentucky University, and subsequently as Assistant Professor of Violin at Eastern Kentucky University. He currently serves on the faculties at Eckerd College and at the Pinellas County Center for the Arts while also maintaining a private studio.
William Goodwin
Originally from New Mexico, Richard "Rico" Sego, String Bass, holds a Master’s Degree in Performance from the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music. His principal teachers include Dan Swaim, Albert Laszlo, Stuart Sankey, and Paul Ellisson. Rico has performed with The Columbus Symphony, The New World Symphony (Miami Beach), and the Aspen Music Festival Orchestra. Rico spent two seasons touring the USA with the Broadway musical The Music Man (Susan Stroman- First National Tour) and one season with Peter Pan. Through his extensive touring, he has performed on the stages of Italy, Portugal, and Germany. He currently serves as Principal Bassist for the Opera Tampa Orchestra, The Suncoast Pops Orchestra, and the Mostly Pops Orchestra, and continues to play with the Dagari Jazz Trio. Rico's talented hands are not limited to making music, as he is also a licensed massage therapist serving Tampa and Lutz. Rico helps to maintain the relaxation and health of the hardworking musicians of Musical Reflections. Rico is also available to our bridal clients for "day-of" messages, either at his salon or "on location".
